The company, with corporate headquarters located in Valladolid, Spain, operates as a real estate developer and property manager. It is a leader in its sector of the Spanish market by revenues, assets and rental income. The company has been involved in real estate development since its foundation, nearly 30 years ago, with the development of the project in Valladolid from which the company takes its name: Parquesol City, a residential area that includes 12,500 homes and a wide variety of facilities and services. Since then, Parquesol has expanded both geographically - today Parquesol is present in eight of Spain's Autonomous Regions - and in its areas of business. Parquesol's core activity is the development and sale of homes in most parts of Spain. It has active operations in Madrid, Castilla-Leon, Asturias, Alicante, Murcia, Andalusia and Aragon. It also has projects underway in Portugal and others on the drawing board in Poland. On the other hand, its rental activities have grown rapidly over the last few years. Its rental assets are located in the major Spanish cities, Madrid and Barcelona. It owns a broad portfolio of office buildings and this segment generates most of its rental income. It is also active in the hotel business and has developed a number of shopping and leisure centres. The company has six branches in Spain and two branches abroad. In Spain, its offices can be found in Castilla y Leon, Levante, Malaga, Madrid, Sevilla, and Oviedo. Its international offices are located in Lisbon, Portugal and Varsovia, Poland.
