It is a privately held company incorporated in the year 2006 and has its registered corporate headquarters located in Valladolid. The company is involved in the conversion of sunlight directly into electricity using solar photovoltaic cells. It is engaged in the operation of generation facilities that produce electric energy; transmission systems that convey the electricity from the generation facility to the distribution system; and distribution systems that convey electric power received from the generation facility and the transmission system to the final consumer. It is also involved in heat-contracting, distribution, installation, operation and maintenance of energy-crop plants of all kinds as well as the supply of generated electricity into the public grid for the purpose of generating revenue.
