The company, also known as Limpisa, is engaged in industrial and office cleaning, private security services, temporary works agency services, outsourcing, telecommunications-based services, social services, and records and information management. It was incorporated in March of 1981 and has its registered office located in Valladolid, Spain. The company is composed by a group of companies that offers complementary services and support to the society, characterized by a high contribution of human and technological resources. The company principally provides cleaning services to offices, sanitary institutions, schools, industries, factories, banks, hotels, and residences. In addition, the company's diverse activities are carried out by Spanish subsidiaries. Its other activities also include: the provisions of temporary work, social works, outsourcing services, documentation management, cash transit and security services. The company operates mainly in Spain with businesses in Chile which is carried out by the subsidiary Cogan Grupo Norte SA, a cleaning company whose initial growth was developed in the transport sector such as bus and railways; and Forsel Chile, which is engaged in temporary work and outsourcing services; as well as Prosintel Chile, which is specialized in private security services.
