In July 2007, it bought a 16,450 square meters development in the new Seine Ouest business district in Issy-les-Moulineaux on the outskirts of Paris from Bouygues Immobilier, the Bouygues group's property development firm and the largest company on the French real estate market. The development includes Bouygues Immobilier's future eight-storey, 5,715 square meters headquarters building, as well as a second six-storey, 10,735 square meters building.
