Adherbal Global S.L., with headquarters in Las Rozas de Madrid, is a Spanish holding company for a group involved in technical inspection of vehicles, investigation of meteorological equipment and control of industrial security. It is a private limited company which was incorporated in October 2004. Adherbal Global is involved in holding the securities of (or other equity interests in) its group for the purpose of owning a controlling interest or influencing the management decisions of these firms. The company handles the administrative affairs and services of its holding companies and assumes management services to its local group and units. It also coordinates and controls the business of its associate companies and provides assistance to those companies in which it holds an interest. The company's wholly owned subsidiary, Corporativa de Servicios Grupo Itevelesa, S.L. (Itevelesa) provides services related to roadworthiness tests for motor vehicles, control and verification of metrological equipments and industrial security control. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Desarollos Empresariales Stuttgart S.L. (Vista Desarrollo), a private equity fund, and in turn, a part of Banco Santander Central Hispano S.A. (Grupo Santander), a private bank operating in Spain.
